  • No. 4 Purdue improved to 16-3 overall and 5-3 in the Big Ten with an 80-60 win over Northwestern in front of 14,804 fans at Mackey Arena. It was the 35th straight sellout at Mackey Arena.
  • Purdue has now won 10 straight games against Northwestern, the third-longest active win streak against an opponent. Purdue is 78-13 all-time against Northwestern in West Lafayette and 44-6 in Mackey Arena.
  • The Boilermakers played without leading scorer Jaden Ivey due to injury (16.7 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 2.9 APG).
  • Purdue’s 80 points were its most against Northwestern since Feb. 12, 2012 – a span of 14 games.
