Golden Gophers’ Boman and Stekr, Buckeyes’ Flotre, Nittany Lions’ Tagliaferri and Badgers’ Bloomer earn this week’s conference accolades
Offensive Player of the Week
Frankie Tagliaferri, Penn State
Sr. – F – Colts Neck, N.J. – Colts Neck – Major: Kinesiology-Movement Science
• Registered a goal and an assist in Penn State’s two wins last week, securing the Nittany Lions’ 20th Big Ten title and 16th outright championship
• Scored PSU’s opening (and eventual game-winning) goal in Sunday’s 3-0 title-clinching victory at Nebraska
• Set up Ally Schlegel’s 21st-minute goal in 1-0 win at Iowa on March 25
• Named an Academic All-Big Ten selection the past two seasons and a 2018-19 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar
• Earns her first career Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week award

• Started and played every minute on Minnesota’s backline in the Golden Gophers’ shutout wins over Purdue and Maryland last week
• Recorded her first career point on March 25, assisting on Sophia Boman’s 83rd-minute goal in Minnesota’s 1-0 win over Purdue
• Earned recognition as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree last year
• Secures her first career Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week award

Goalkeeper of the Week
Jordyn Bloomer, Wisconsin
Sr. – Hartland, Wis. – Arrowhead – Major: Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis
• Posted a pair of shutouts (giving her a conference-high seven this year) and made a combined 11 saves in Wisconsin’s victories over Maryland and 19th-ranked Rutgers last week
• Recorded six stops (five in the second half) of Sunday’s 1-0 win over the Scarlet Knights
• Added five saves in a 2-0 win over the Terrapins on March 25
• Earns her third career Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week award

• Netted the lone goal with 7:52 remaining to lift the Golden Gophers past Purdue on March 25
• Played every minute in Minnesota’s two conference wins last week over the Boilermakers and Maryland
• Helped the Golden Gophers blank Maryland on Sunday for their sixth shutout this season
• Collects her second career Freshman of the Week accolade

• Helped the Buckeyes extend their unbeaten streak to five games and their winning streak to three in a row
