20 IUSB Student-Athletes and Ten Teams Honored on NAIA Awards Day
KANSAS CITY, Mo. The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced Tuesday, Sept. 15 the 2020 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes and NAIA Scholar Team awards. Indiana University South Bend earned 10 Scholar Team awards while 20 Titan student-athletes were named scholar-athletes.

For a team to be awarded, they must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale for the academic year.

In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended two full years as a non-transfer or one full year as a transfer.
