Taylor Tops MSFA with 38 Academic All-League Awards
UPLAND, Ind. – The Mid-States Football Association recently announced its 2021 All-Academic Team, with Taylor leading the 16-team league with 38 Academic All-MSFA honors.
A record total of 344 student-athletes received Academic All-MSFA honors, with Taylor being represented on the list by Clay Adams, Sean Callahan, Luke Corsten, Harrison Eckel, Stephen Ellis, Levi Frazier, Grant Gerig, Braxton Green, Seth Griswold, Elijah Gurley, Joe Halderman, Liam Hesting, Jacob Hockett, Hutson Hohlbein, Gage Holder, Reece Johnson, Aven Jones, Brendan Lamb, Brayden Layton, Evan MacMillan, Jeremiah Mansfield, Titus Martin, Elijah McCloskey, Michael Medlock, Jacob Mitchell, Josh Saltzgaber, Zac Saltzgaber, Dylan Scally, Christian Severt, Zane Shilts, Brandon Smith, Darien Taylor, Justin Tolle, Bryce Vasvari, Ben Warner, Tyler Watson, Trey Wood and Hojun Yun.
In order to be eligible for Academic All-MSFA recognition, a student-athlete must possess a minimum grade-point average of 3.25, must have reached sophomore status academically and must be nominated by their head coach.
