MISHAWAKA – Bethel Baseball got a pair of pitching gems on the day, riding early scoring chances to 4-2 and 3-0 victories on Saturday over Grace. Frank Plesac earned a nine-inning complete game win in game one with 10 strikeouts and two earned runs, while Sullivan Swingley tidied up game two with a seven-inning complete game shutout. The Pilots scored three runs in the first frames of each game to set the tone early.
