The 2021 portion of the schedule ended on a positive note as I went 28-6 (82 percent) last week. Heading in 2022, my overall mark is 108-28, which has me at 79 percent for the season.

Saint Joseph (5-2, 2-0 NIC) at Riley (7-4, 1-2 NIC): The Indians claimed an 81-73 win over Riley a year ago. Cole Hatkevich tallied 23 points for Saint Joseph in its 89-61 win over Logansport. James Boyd managed eight points in the Wildcats’ 64-58 win over Guerin Catholic. Matt’s pick: Riley 74, Saint Joseph 71.
