My hopes of getting back to the 80 percent plateau took a hit as I went 26-11 (70 percent) last week. Heading into the final week of the regular season, my overall mark is now 232-68, which leaves me at 77 percent for the season.

MONDAY

Wawasee (6-14) at Elkhart Christian (12-7): The Warriors slipped by Elkhart Christian, 47-45, a year ago. Caden Welty scored two points in Wawasee’s 56-43 loss to East Noble. Aiden Hibbard’s 11 points lifted the Eagles to a 56-48 win over Jimtown. Matt’s pick: Elkhart Christian 42, Waewasee 41.

TUESDAY

Adams (9-12, 4-5 NIC) at Jimtown (7-14, 3-7 NIC): The Eagles flew past Jimtown, 56-27, last year. Gion Parks’ 14 points lifted Adams to a 77-55 win over Riley. Beau Kaler managed eight points in the Jimmies’ 87-50 loss to No. 2 (Class 3A) Marian. Matt’s pick: Adams 70, Jimtown 55.

Concord (10-9) at Glenn (20-1): The No. 1 (Class 3A) Falcons soared to a 42-32 win over Concord last season. Andres Dixon scored 10 points for the Minutemen in their 71-49 win over LaVille. Noah Dreibelbeis’ nine points helped Glenn to a share of the Northern Indiana Conference crown with a 66-53 win over Bremen. Matt’s pick: Glenn 64, Concord 54.

Elkhart Christian (12-8) at Clay (6-15): The Colonials rolled to a 90-42 win over Elkhart Christian during the 2015-16 campaign. Travis Skaggs had seven points for the Eagles in a 39-31 loss to Wawasee. Jahawn Horton finished with eight points in Clay’s 63-61 overtime win over New Prairie. Matt’s pick: Clay 53, Elkhart Christian 50.

Fairfield (14-6) at Northridge (11-10): The Raiders earned a 59-35 win over Fairfield in the 2019-20 season. Caleb Wright netted 16 points in the Falcons’ 58-42 win over Churubusco. Mason Bales’ three points was not enough in Northridge’s 57-52 loss to Columbia City. Matt’s pick: Northridge 50, Fairfield 48.

Goshen (13-7) at West Noble (12-8): The Chargers edged Goshen, 50-49, a season ago. Lleyton Weddell had six points in the RedHawks’ 54-45 win over Westview. Ayden Zavala tallied nine points in West Noble’s 55-23 win over Angola. Matt’s pick: West Noble 45, Goshen 43.

Penn (18-2) at Mishawaka (12-8): The No. 6 (Class 4A) Kingsmen claimed a 63-49 win over Mishawaka in their previous meeting. Joey Garwood recorded nine points as Penn claimed a share of the NIC title with a 79-60 win over Elkhart. Mookie Ward contributed 10 points for the Cavemen in their 60-59 loss at Riley. Matt’s pick: Penn 75, Mishawaka 67.

Riley (11-11) at Brandywine (10-4): Marvin Schindler chipped in 12 points for the Wildcats against Mishawaka. Carson Knapp tallied 22 points in the Bobcats’ 66-52 win over Buchanan. Matt’s pick: Riley 68, Brandywine 66.

Saint Joseph (11-9) at Plymouth (6-15): The Indians cruised to an 85-35 win over Plymouth last year. Julian Kamanda registered 16 points for Saint Joseph in its 69-63 win over Washington. Zane Lark finished with three points in the Pilgrims’ 46-43 win over New Prairie. Matt’s pick: Saint Joseph 77, Plymouth 57.

Triton (14-6) at Bremen (11-9): The Trojans were a 53-49 winner over Bremen on January 21. Cole McKinney accounted for eight points in Triton’s 55-43 win over Rochester. Baylor Orcutt scored two points for the Lions against Glenn. Matt’s pick: Bremen 51, Triton 49.

Washington (14-8) at Illiana Christian (19-2): The Vikings managed a 47-40 win over Washington a year ago. Johnny Watson had two points for the Panthers in their 54-31 win over No. 1 (Class 3A) NorthWood. Tyler Barker mustered 15 points in Illiana Christian’s 59-53 win over Marquette Catholic. Matt’s pick: Washington 65, Illiana Christian 62.

Warsaw (14-7) at Tippecanoe Valley (13-7): The Tigers clawed past Tippecanoe Valley, 61-37, in the 2019-20 campaign. Theo Katris racked up four points in Warsaw’s 74-68 win over Marion. Nolan Cumberland exploded for 23 points in the Vikings’ 55-51 win over Triton. Matt’s pick: Warsaw 64, Tippecanoe Valley 51.
