KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2022 men’s basketball season came to a close in the NAIA Round of 16 Thursday, as No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan men’s basketball fell 88-84 to No. 3 William Jessup. The Warriors buried IWU with a 21-point hole at the break, behind 51% shooting from the floor and 10 made triples. Despite the hole, IWU would battle in the second half, going on an 18-4 run, knocking down eight second-half triples.

The Wildcats concluded their season with a record of 28-7, marking the 14th season in the Greg Tonagel era, IWU has won at least 25 games.
