Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross women’s basketball team returned to Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference this afternoon when they hosted Judson University. The Saints forced Judson into 22 turnovers with their full-court press. Holy Cross was able to score 17 points off those TO’s. Women’s basketball was also had 18 more field goal attempts. A game where there were a combined 69 total free throws taken, with HC going to the line 43 times. Jordyn Smith converted 6/6 from the line late, to give Holy Cross the 71-61 victory. With the win, Holy Cross improves to 2-4 overall and 1-3 in CCAC play while Judson stands at 0-8 and 0-4.
