Crossroads League Volleyball Takes Seven Academic All-District Awards

JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League recently placed seven student-athletes on the 2021 CoSIDA NAIA Volleyball Academic All-District Teams. All seven honors came from Taylor and Mount Vernon Nazarene, with TU claiming four awards and SAU taking three.

The CL dominated the District I and II NAIA Volleyball lists by taking seven-of-15 spots on the CoSIDA NAIA Academic All-District Team in those two districts, which consist of NAIA universities from 28 states.

The seven CL student-athletes will advance to the ballot for CoSIDA Academic All-America honors, which will be announced on December 17.

CoSIDA Academic All-District and All-America honors are voted on by CoSIDA members from around the nation, after student-athletes are nominated by their Sports Information Department.
