Crossroads League Announces Softball Award Winners
JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League announced its 2022 Softball All-League honors on Tuesday, following Indiana Wesleyan’s sweep of the CL regular season and tournament championships.
The Wildcats claimed 15 All-Crossroads League honors, including six First-Team awards from Miranda Wehrle, Alyssa Wagner, Jennah Yost, Julianna Bell, Reagen Radke and Elisa Koshy. IWU also took CL Coach-of-the-Year honors for Steve Babinski and CL Newcomer-of-the-Year attention for Radke.
The other top awards went to Marian, with Shelbie Stotts being voted the Crossroads League Player of the Year and Olivia Stunkel being heralded as the Crossroads League Pitcher of the Year.
The All-Crossroads League honors were voted on by the league’s head softball coaches.
