Following victories for Missouri Baptist and #10 Olivet Nazarene on Saturday, Spartan running back Ronald Allen and Tiger linebacker Jason Freeman were named the MSFA Midwest League Players of the Week.

Ronald Allen, Missouri Baptist
Sr., RB, Granite City, Ill. (Baker [Kan.])
• Rushed for 208 yards and three TDs on 27 carries, in the Spartans’ 31-7 win over Iowa Wesleyan
• Recorded his second straight 100-yard rushing game, averaging 7.7 yards per carry
• Earns his first career MSFA Offensive Player of the Week award
Defensive Player of the Week
Jason Freeman, Olivet Nazarene
So., LB, Zion, Ill. (Zion-Benton HS)
• Made 16 tackles in #10 Olivet Nazarene’s 20-17 win over Siena Heights
• Registered two sacks and five tackles for loss
• Earns his third career MSFA Defensive Player of the Week award, and his first this season
