Concord (11-1): Nathan Potter converted a 48-yard field goal as time expired to lift the No. 6 Minutemen to a 47-45 win over No. 2 Lafayette Jeff for a Class 5A regional crown.

Knox (13-0): Keagan Everage tallied seven tackles in the No. 4 Redskins’ 28-21 win over Angola for a Class 3A regional championship.

Saint Joseph (12-1): Dallas Downey’s 22-yard touchdown pass to James Criniti late in the third quarter was the difference in the No. 7 Huskies’ 10-7 win over Hobart for a Class 4A regional title.

WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR

LaVille (8-5): Brayden Schwitz completed 12-of-26 for 167 yards with two scores and carried the ball five times for 26 yards in the Lancers’ 34-14 loss at No. 3 Pioneer for a Class 1A regional championship.

Penn (11-1): Landon Hall finished 15-of-32 for 294 yards with two touchdowns in the No. 5 Kingsmen’s 41-30 loss to No. 10 Carroll (Fort Wayne) in the Class 6A regional finale.

ONE STEP CLOSER TO INDY

Concord (11-1) at Merrillville (10-2) (Class 5A): The Minutemen have not reached the state finals since 2006, while Merrillville’s last visit to Indianapolis resulted in a state title in 1976.

Knox (13-0) at Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (8-5) (Class 3A): The Redskins have never won a semistate, while Bishop Luers is in the Final Four for the fourth year in a row.

Saint Joseph (12-1) at Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (10-2) (Class 4A): The Huskies have not celebrated a semistate title since 2011, while Bishop Dwenger’s last semistate crown came in 2018.
